Pre-Interview Preparation : Know & Prepare
- Know the Company: Learn about the company’s mission, values, products/services, and recent news. Use their website and social media profiles to get an overview.
- Know the post: Understand the skills and experience required. Try to align your strengths and achievements with the role’s requirements.
- Know the Questions: Rehearse common questions
- Prepare Your Documents: Print copies of your resume, cover letter, certificates, and any documents requested by the HR team.
- Prepare Dress : Choose professional attire that fits the company’s culture. Ensure your clothes are clean and neat.
- Prepare Your Journey: Know the location, plan your travel, and arrive early (ideally 10–15 minutes before).
During the Interview
- Be Polite and Confident: Greet everyone with respect and smile. Use confident body language and maintain eye contact.
- Listen Carefully: Make sure you understand questions before answering. Ask for clarification if needed.
