These are like the starting settings of a phone 📱 — but We can still install new apps and change how it works.

3. How do we change personality & behavior?
Here are practical ways:

Notice Our patterns:
• What triggers We?
• How do We react under stress?
• What do We want to improve?
② Replace automatic reactions
Instead of reacting → pause → choose response
This builds emotional control.
③ Practice new behaviors daily
Personality changes through repeated action, not thinking alone.
Example:
• Want to be confident → practice speaking up a little every day
• Want to be patient → practice slowing down in small moments
④ Change Our environment
• Surround Ourself with people who model the behavior We want
• Avoid situations that reinforce Our worst habits
⑤ Train Our mind
• Journaling
• Meditation
• Therapy / coaching
