Sree Sree Thakur tells to match at least the genetic attributes (varna), totem (Gotra), ancestry (vansha), education, and physique of the male and female. If these are complementary to each other then the conjugal life, as well as the life of progeny, shall be a balanced one and happiness shall prevail. Therefore, Thakur alms to make the man from his very birth. He has also prescribed many principles for this. Standing upon the soil of good breed, all other aspects of life can be adjusted in the right direction. Each home thereby can be an altar for the cultivation of character and ability. Man Making
Whatever the past prophets have endeavored to do, is to make each individual a man. They have done it by nourishing the potentialities in man and fulfilling the lacunas those he possesses. Jesus Christ has, therefore, given the sermon “Think not I am come to destroy the law or the prophets; I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.” By obeying their commands man becomes so virtuous that he enables himself to be worthy of God, by overcoming all the shortcomings of worldly life. Following Him, man becomes both physically and spiritually capable.
Sree Sree Thakur Anukulchandra – Fulfiller the best, of the age and the founder of Satsang a Universal organization, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satsang_(Deoghar) has gone for nurturing all individuals, irrespective of sect, creed, ethnic group and etc. from all angles, so that they cannot but be of men, in the true sense of the term. He, therefore, has declared that Satsang is a man-making factory. Let us examine some of the methods and principles applied by Him for this purpose. Sree Sree Thakur is also accepted as the ideal. Man Making
In the first place, He has prescribed for every individual of the world to be ideal-centric so that all his instincts and passions shall be adjusted to the tune of virtue, getting rid of his vices in life. It is due to His intense love for everybody which one is not capable of shaking Off. His uncommon love compels everybody to be bound to follow Him so as to be good. To follow Him is to be simply virtuous.
In the second place, Thakur emphasizes marriage. https://gyanajyoti.com/2020/07/13/eugenic-marriage/ It is said – “Man is the first breed and then educated. One cannot have silk out of cotton.” Sree Sree Thakur tells that almost everything of an Individual is determined with his birth. The purpose of marriage is also the attainment of superior becoming and procreation of right progeny.
By birth, the off-shoot not only inherits ancestral qualities but his longevity, capability and etc. are also determined by that. Sree Sree Thakur Says “The fusional adherence that evolves into beings with responsible becoming is life”. So the life of a child is the outcome of the mutual fusional adherence of the parents. Thakur further says that if a male of higher culture marries a female of lower culture then the marriage is compatible and the progeny thereby becomes a higher breed from all angles. The reverse of the same brings hazards in the life of the parents and the child as well and as such be avoided. In incompatible marriage, the progeny ordinarily becomes short-lived, ungrateful, ruinous, unkind, problematic, faithless, not dependable, in short, the storehouse of vices.
To determine a marriage to be compatible Sree Sree Thakur tells to match at least the genetic attributes (varna), totem (Gotra) ancestry (vansha), education, and physique of the male and female. If these are complementary to each other then the conjugal life, as well as the life of progeny, shall be a balanced one and happiness shall prevail. Therefore, Thakur aims to make the man from his very birth. He has also prescribed many principles for this. Standing upon the soil of good breed, all other aspects of life can be adjusted in the right direction. Each home thereby can be an altar for the cultivation of character and ability.
Another mechanism of man-making is education. Real education brings wisdom. Education in the curriculum may make the brain a storehouse of information but cannot teach the limbs. Hence maybe literation for Degrees and Diplomas. Sree Sree Thakur says – “As much you can talk of knowledge but those are of no use; the knowledge which sprouts of activities, really bears life”. The activity of individuals is always dependant on their distinctive traits (Baishistya), so one should be educated as to his distinctive trait. without Ideal, no other process can materialize the same. Hence the individual is really educated when he follows the ideal. Thakur has told- “The main thing of every individual is to maintain his life and growth with apt nourishment and this nourishment requires education, agriculture, industry and a proper marriage for good progeny”.
In the words of Sree Sree Thakur, education is- “meaningful, active, adjustment of habit and behavior.” He further tells – “Education is to edit the experience and knowledge that nurtures our existence with every progressive push.”
The processes are very many. In simpler terms, it can be concluded that to follow the commands of the ideal (The World teacher) is for every individual to be a man. Sree Sree Thakur being the latest of the World teachers, let us follow Him and be men.
