If god’s wish always prevail, what about our effort?

Here’s the beautiful balance most Indian philosophies give:

🔹 God gives the field of life.
🔹 You choose how to walk in it.

🌱 1. God’s Will vs. Your Will

Think of it like this:

• God sets the situation
• You choose your response

You can’t control:
✔ Birth
✔ Death
✔ Major turns of fate

But you can control:
✔ Your actions
✔ Your attitude
✔ Your integrity

That’s where your role lives.

🛠️ 2. Your Role Is: Effort + Surrender

Krishna teaches both:

“Act with full effort… and surrender the results.”

So your role is to:
• Try sincerely
• Act rightly
• Then let go of outcome

Not lazy.
Not arrogant.
Balanced.

🔄 3. Without Your Role, There Is No Growth

If God did everything for you:
• You wouldn’t learn
• You wouldn’t mature
• You wouldn’t love freely

God wants conscious partners, not robots 🤍

🌾 4. Your Choice Shapes Your Soul

Every choice:
• Makes you kinder or harder
• More aware or more ignorant
• Closer to truth or ego

So even in God’s will, your freedom matters.

🌟 Final Truth

🕊️ God’s will decides what comes.
🕊️ Your will decides who you become.

And who you become is the whole point of life.

Let’s look at a simple Karma & Fate diagram in words, then I’ll explain it clearly.

🔄 KARMA & FATE FLOW (Simple Diagram)

          Past Karma
              ↓
        Present Situation
              ↓
Your Choice / Action ←── You control this
              ↓
        New Karma Created
              ↓
         Future Situation

🧠 What This Means

1️⃣ Past Karma → Present Life

Your current life conditions come from:
• Past actions (this life + previous)
• Family, body, culture, time, opportunities

👉 This part = Fate (Prārabdha Karma)
You can’t change it now — you experience it.

2️⃣ Present Situation → Your Choice

Right now, in every moment:
• You choose how to act
• With fear or with wisdom
• With ego or with love

👉 This part = Free Will

3️⃣ Your Action → New Karma

Every action plants a seed:
• Good intention → good tendency
• Harmful intention → suffering later

👉 This part = Karma in the making (Āgāmī Karma)

4️⃣ New Karma → Future Situation

Those seeds ripen later as:
• New circumstances
• New relationships
• New lessons

👉 This becomes tomorrow’s fate

🎯 So What Is Your Role?

Your power is here 👇

Present Situation → YOUR RESPONSE → Your Future

You can’t choose the cards you’re dealt,
But you choose how you play them 🃏

🪷 In One Line

Fate gives you the scene.
Karma is how you act in the scene.
Freedom is in your response.

let’s put the karma & fate diagram into a real job-life example 💼

🔄 Karma & Fate in a Job Situation

Step 1: Past Karma → Present Job

You are:
• In a certain job
• With a certain boss
• With certain skills
• In a certain company situation

👉 This is your current fate (Prārabdha Karma).
You didn’t choose all of it — you received it.

Step 2: Present Situation → Your Choice

Let’s say:
Your boss is unfair and gives you too much work.

Now your choice appears:

You can:
❌ Complain, gossip, become bitter
✔ Work sincerely, speak calmly, improve skills

👉 This is where your freedom lives.

Step 3: Your Action → New Karma

If you choose:
• Anger → You plant seeds of conflict
• Integrity → You plant seeds of growth

Your inner state + outer action create new karma.

Step 4: New Karma → Future Result

Later:
• You get respect, promotion, peace
• Or stress, bad reputation, stagnation

👉 That becomes your next fate.

🧠 Same Job, Two People, Two Destinies

Both have:
• Same company
• Same boss
• Same salary

But:
• One grows
• One suffers

Because of different responses.

🌟 Job-Life Wisdom

You may not control your job situation…
But you fully control who you become in your job.

🪷 Practical Formula

At work, practice:

✔ Do your duty
✔ Don’t poison your mind
✔ Improve yourself
✔ Leave results to God

That is Karma Yoga in office life
