Step 1: Watching the body
- Sit quietly
- Notice breathing
- Body is seen
👉 Seen ≠ Seer
So body is not you
Step 2: Watching prāṇa
- Breath becomes slow
- You notice inhalation & exhalation
👉 You are aware of breath
👉 Therefore, you are not prāṇa
Step 3: Watching thoughts
- Thoughts come and go
- Emotions rise and fall
👉 That which observes change cannot be changing
Step 4: Watching intellect
- You notice decisions forming
- You notice clarity and confusion
👉 Even intellect is observed
Step 5: Silence remains
- No thought
- No effort
- Pure awareness
