At death:
❌ Body stops → left behind
❌ Prāṇa separates → withdrawn
❌ Mind + intellect + ego continue
What travels?
👉 Subtle body + karma
📖 Bhagavad Gītā 2.22:
“As a man discards old clothes and puts on new ones…”
Clear table:
| Component | After death |
| Physical body | Destroyed |
| Prāṇa | Withdrawn |
| Mind & ego | Travel |
| Karma | Attached |
| Ātman | Never moves |
WHY REBIRTH HAPPENS (VERY SIMPLE)
Because the driver:
- Thinks “I am the car”
- Wants another journey
- Has unfinished routes
👉 Ignorance + desire = rebirth
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER REALIZATION?
- Driver realizes: “I am not the car”
- Journey ends
- Car may continue briefly (prārabdha karma)
- No new car taken
📖 “For the knower, there is no return.” — Upaniṣads
FINAL SIMPLE TRUTH
Body acts.
Mind thinks.
Prāṇa energizes.
Ego claims.
Ātman witnesses.
